What it is

• An in-person (IRL) circle of 6 women working in tech
• A safe space to share and get support on your challenges
• Facilitated by me, so every session has structure and everyone has room to speak

Who's facilitating

I'm Vanessa, an analytics leader with 20 years in strategy and tech. Leading teams at Criteo, Typeform and Preply, the part of the work I've always cared most about is the people: seeing each person's strengths, helping them grow, and creating a space where everyone has a voice.

I've coached analysts and managers and facilitated many workshops and team sessions. I listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help turn what is shared into concrete next steps.
